The customer service was top-tier, and the woman manager on duty was absolutely incredible, friendly, knowledgeable, and had me in and out in no time. You can tell she truly runs a great team. The only thing missing was Matthew, who I usually have work on my cars, but everyone still made the visit smooth and stress-free. Jiffy Lube continues to set the standard for great service. Highly recommend!

I should have known better when the kid that checked me in was having a hell off a time finding the oil for my 2022 VW Tiguan. So they finally pull my small Suv in & start. They were rather quick. I pay the bill ($135 Dollars) & step out as they told me they would be done soon. As I step out I see them under the vehicle with flash lights going back & fourth. When I asked what was wrong I was told that the drain plug was not sealing. They began to explain that the drain plug is plastic and I stop him & advised him I knew this & that was the reason the other Jiffy Lube spot Evac"s the oil. They Oh yeah we should have done that. We ordered a new plug from Auto Parts store up the road. Now Im sitting here waiting for them to fix what they broke. So far 15min oil change has take 1 Hour & 15 Minutes. No Customer service attempted to make things right. I ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY!!

Immediately a service person greeted me, explained how they worked and guided me to the waiting room. Within a few minutes he came back with a full assortment of what my car needed. He quoted a price and explained any alternative. About 5 men checked every part of my area and completed all service required. I was back on the road in about 20 minutes. I’ll be going back.
