This was the worst rental experience I have ever had. I made a confirmed reservation, received all the emails, and when I arrived, they told me there was no car available. No explanation, no apology, no solution.
I wasted my time coming there, and it completely ruined my plans. The staff was unhelpful and acted like it wasn’t their problem. What’s the point of making a reservation if they don’t honor it?
This company is unreliable and unprofessional. I will never rent from them again and would not recommend them to anyone. Absolutely unacceptable service.

The customer service was some of the absolute worst that I've ever experienced. When I arrived at the designated pickup time, I was first in line, and there was an African-American employee wearing a beanie who was walking around doing what appeared to be busy work. I walked up to the counter and politely introduced myself and said that I was there to pick up a rental. He told me coldly "go sit over there I'll be with you when I'm done." I sat off to the right side of the room. Over the next 10 minutes, Two more customers walked in and stood in line, which he saw. Seeing me off to the side, he then instead started helping the new people in line who came in after me, ignoring that I had been waiting for about 10 minutes for him to be done with whatever he was doing, though I was still sitting in the area that he had asked me to wait. He started addressing the other customers and was about to go and get their rental cars before mine, before I stood up and reminded him, saying " excuse me, I was actually waiting here first before them". The customer apologized to me, but the employee didn't, and again said coldly "Come over here. How can I help you." with no acknowledgement of his mistake in the situation. I reminded him I was there to pick up a rental car. He walked into the back without saying anything, was back there about 5 minutes, came back out, without saying anything, and walked past me saying "follow me" as he walked out the door. Everything he said was emotionless and lacked any sort of friendly or customer service vibe, and made me feel more like a burden than a paying customer. Upon getting my rental, his main focus was warning me that I need to make sure that the interior is returned spotless, that I need to wipe everything down and fully vacuum everything so it's essentially spotless before returning it, otherwise I would be getting a charge on my card for them to detail and clean everything. Mind you, I've never been here before, so his treatment of me was not based on any previous interactions. Didn't feel invited, so never coming back here again.

I rented a car from Enterprise Manteca. The staff was very kind and pleasant so that's why I didn't give them 1 star. My problem is I reserved a car for 8 am and you would think it would be ready at 8am or very close to that time. But after dropping my car for repair I didn't get there until 8:30 and was told that they are finishing up cleaning the car for me. I waited 40 minutes for the car so it was over an hour later than my reserved time. I understand 5-10 minutes wait and I know things happen but this was an excessive wait time.
