The guys helping me were very kind and grateful for my business, even though me being there would make them work later than they would otherwise have to....and I accidentally chirped my tires in the garage trying to get my truck over the ramps they have. I'm happy to do business with these guys and I'm greatful for a place to keep my truck running smooth.

I took it in and while there I asked if they could check the alternator (recommended by a friend since I'd just had the battery changed). They said they couldn't check it because they didn't have the tools. The person assisting said the car would be fine if I wasn't having issues otherwise. Fast forward, I notice as I'm driving the car battery light is still on. Fast forward and now by car is dead on the side of the road in Chino hills. Thanks for nothing Jiffy Lube. I really should have trusted by gut and known better than go to there. I wasn't given a quote or options, just a bill for $231.93 and now I'm stranded on the side on the road for the holidays and probably gonna have a more expensive car repair to deal with now that I had to drive with the alternator only.
