  Would not recommend! I redeemed a free day and received a dirty car in a lower class than I reserved. No one in the office when I returned 24 hrs later. Was charged $906 for 796 miles that we didn’t and more importantly couldn’t have driven in 24 hours. When I called, the employee said the mileage looked impossible to him as well but went ahead and charged me $906 as my burden to prove. I was told we would be charged a cleaning fee and when I reminded the employee that I had made a comment about how dirty the car was when we picked it up, he told me they don’t have a car wash at the airport and have to take it into town to get washed. Shady business!

  I had a long-term rental, probably about two months. The vehicle had sustained some damage due rapidly changing roads from a storm. I thought the world was going to end when I dropped off the vehicle yet instead he did his walk through like normal, then asked for the deductible for my insurance because I did not use their insurance as I am covered under mine. He was very nice about it and I could tell that I added some work to his day that he may not have been all too familiar with and he took it in stride. I had walked in with them I don't care attitude because that's kind of how my week was going anyway and he managed that very well too. When I had no money, because at that moment, I literally had nothing. I said there's nothing I can do and you're just going to have to trust that I will bring it at some point later on in the week. I guess he really did have no choice, butbut very polite about it and understood. I called my insurance right there to make a claim and had him speak with my agent, the whole thing went a lot smoother than I thought.... Although I wish we could have signed off on the paperwork without a walk through lol..... About two hours after the experience, I realized I left my wedding band where you would normally keep sunglasses not because of anything fishy for everyone thinking that out there.....lol but I got a hold of the national line who's able to leave a message at their Branch as I was not, now let's hope the ring is waiting for me safe and sound when I get there the first thing this morning and then I can give them a five star with another review.

  The agent stayed until almost 9 pm as my flight was delayed. Good car, good service. Only downside was that the fuel tank was empty.
