He called me after hours to set proper expectations, then proceeded to exceed those expectations. He is a great representative for Enterprise, and a good human being. Next time I go to book a rental car I will start with Enterprise.

For context, this rental company is the only one in a 3-hour driving radius around Mammoth. It will always be busy, understaffed, and low on inventory, but they truly do the best they can to assist everyone. The website is a corporate platform, it doesn't have up-to-date information on vehicles that are actually available at this location, so you need to call instead of trying to book online. Cruz was fantastic! We were in desperate need of a car. He put up with our phone calls every hour starting when they first opened and he even stayed late because of the chaos the weather had caused on the rental vehicle returns. He helped us out so much, we can't express our gratitude enough. Thank you again, Cruz!
