  I rented a car from Enterprise while my car was being repaired. They made the pickup and drp off hassle free and even stayed open late to accommodate my schedule. The car that they provided got excellent mileage, similar to my own, which is wonderful considering I drive over 100 miles daily for work. If you need a rental car in Madera, I highly recommend them.

  The people working at the Madera location have absolutely no idea how the real life works I have to now cancel an entire day if work to go back and deal with these clowns all because the body shop called and my car got finished while I was at work make it make sense no time management and the attitude now now now or else just go anywhere else like literally anywhere else

  Denia has always been helpful and knowledgeable in our rental experience. She has made us so comfortable in renting a car, we keep coming back. Kebe is also super helpful.

  I paid off my balance because Dee told me that once it was cleared, the restriction would be removed and I’d be able to rent again. Today I made a reservation, showed up, waited about an hour, and only then was told my account was still flagged and I couldn’t get a car. That should’ve been made clear when the reservation was placed instead of having me come in, wait, and leave without a vehicle after paying what I was told was needed.

  D and Ben were awesome. They had me in and out very quickly and were really professional and friendly. I really appreciate having great service in Madera instead of having to trek over to Fresno.
