They did not fully drain old oil and added a minimal amount of new oil. Who knows what other sneaky bs they carried out! Car was trembling as we were leaving and they falsely claimed the car came in in that condition. It's angering really because they knew it didn't!! 😡

His car was working perfectly fine with no shakes before the oil change so it is not coincidence! Something went wrong in the process and so they either connected or disconnected something wrong or simply did a poor job changing his oil , causing the car to misfire! This matter was brought to the attention of Jiffy Lube immediately and upon taking the car back they would not take responsibility for it. Now we have to hire a mechanic to fix what they messed up! Taking advantage of an elderly man is not right! We will definitely not be taking any of our cars there again!
