I've seen customers leave merchandise and walked out cause no one there to charge. Management should really pay attention. And when ypu walk into store they all walk to the back leaving counters empty.

I purchased an alternator for my 07 Honda Crv in 2020 with receipt in hand however, during my purchase 5 years ago I neglected to see the discrepancy on the receipt which the part number did not match with my vehicle, making my warranty claim difficult to complete. I had trouble stating my case to one of my near by Autozone store #5367 and were of no help and insisted I go to the store where I first purchased my part. I thought all autozone store policies were the same however today I was proved wrong. Miriam actually took the time to go over my receipt and was able to see the issue I was facing. She was able to help me get the correct part for my Honda and made sure I had the correct paperwork on hand if this issue ever came up again. Satisfied Customer!
