  Stopped by early morning because I had trouble starting my car while taking my son to school . The guy at the register came outside and tested my battery and told me I needed a new one . Mine was very old . I bought a new battery and Alex installed it for me . One of the pieces that holds the battery down was broken and it took him a while but he did it ! And kept updating me on what was going on . As a single mother who doesn’t know anything about cars I was very relieved and grateful for the service I received this morning! 10/10 customer service from everyone in the store !

  This is one of the worst stores around. Employees always talking among each other and don't care if they have a line of customers. I've seen customers leave merchandise and walked out cause no one there to charge. Management should really pay attention. And when ypu walk into store they all walk to the back leaving counters empty.
