- JDJon DuceFeb 15, 20265.0That mug was packed today but damn, it was a good stop for gas and who ever had girl by herself bruh good thing Alejandra moved the line and deserves a raise on how she handled the packed line. The pumps were clean and bathroom nice but packed when I passed by but that girl can handle the customers cuase I was running a bit late. But im glad the service was good and staff need to be on they toes tho when it gets packed cuase the sweet cashier really pulled her weight today. Will be stopping again on trip back home

Alejandra was so sweet and helpful with directions. She always treats customers with respect and great energy. She definitely deserves a raise for being nice and always treating others with respect. - MJMiguel JaimeJan 19, 20262.0As a driver, after being on the road for days and weeks at a time, I look forward to a nice, hot shower when I take a break. And I normally find it at Pilot Flying J. I was highly disappointed at this pilot location. When I went in to shower, the bathroom was like a refrigerator... in January, no less. The toilet had someone else's skid marks inside the bowl, and there were pubes all over the rim. Then I tried to shave. No hot water in the sink, luke warm at best. And the shower itself had absolutely no hot water either. So I froze in the shower and out of it. Horrible experience.
