  Tire service, they charged a tire insurances, which I did not ask for. When insurance event happened, the insurance was useless. Also costumer service for insurance was confusing and a big waste of time. This is how you degrade a decent service with a useless add-on none asked for, just lazy to cancel.

  Purchased my tires here last year and went back this week for an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone here is super nice and friendly. Great customer service!

  The technicians, staff, and management here are very knowledgeable and I never feel like I'm being sold something I do not need. They quote accurately and complete the work in a timely manner. I would recommend their services to neighbors, friends and family.

  Went in out of concern on of my mud tires on my Jeep had a flat spot causing louder than normal sound when driving. Asked technician when inspecting the vehicle’s tires to check all tires, but specifically the front left tire (where I thought sound was coming from). When I was called with an update I was told that another technician did inspect the front left tire and that there was an issue. When I asked for more details regarding the issue and whether other tires had the same issue, I was told that they would check and put on hold. This should have been checked already. Within a minute I was informed that all tires should likely be replaced as mud tires are bad for suspension over time. I asked if the issue with the front right tire would be fixed by replacing it with the spare on the back of the jeep and was told that all four tires should be replaced. I couldn’t get a straight answer if there was a flat spot on the front tire or if the issue was just suspension over time. Decided to pick the car up and get a second opinion. Tech didn’t have key when I arrived and had to search for it. When I was given the key and the car, I started to pull out and noticed the hood was not latched down by its cables. Stopped the car, got out and secured the hood. Went to another tire spot and was immediately helped and told the tires all look great but they are not good for the suspension over time so it would be good to replace them soon but no issue with flat spot on any tire.
