My rental car broke down at the intersection where their business is -- oil drain plug fell off somewhere along the highway and I had no idea until I noticed the oil % number plummeting. Car died (engine seized) and they let us have the car pushed (yes, pushed by two incredibly kind strangers) into their parking lot where it sat for four hours as I waited for the rental car company to send a replacement car and tow the broken down car away. They were patient, understanding, and are the ones who figured out the oil drain plug was missing. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful - much appreciated by this weary traveler from Boston. If I lived in the Los Gatos area, I would definitely support this business!
