- HRHeather Rojas1 day ago1.0Full disclosure of all fees is important. I don't rent cars often. Reading the fine print can be confusing. I believe rental facilitys should have to put the full cost just like Air BNB and hotels. Alex was smug and matter a fact once he realized he didn't disclose the deposit information. I requested the total cost during the confirmation call and again the deposit was never mentioned. This is the only location in los Banos to rent a car. The lack of competition keeps these associates lack luster. They don't have to have excellent customer service to keep people coming in and it shows. Overall disappointing experience.
