- TOTania O'HaraJun 20, 20265.0It started out horribly. They couldn't find the auto claim reservation, the customer service person on the phone hung up on me without fixing the issue. I had to straight rent a car NOT using the auto claim reservation but Valencio was kind and helpful in Los Banos. Nicolas sealed the deal and made everything right at the Pleasanton location. But fyi, I love Enterprise, they ALWAYS go above and beyond for their customers and that's why, even with this hick-up, I'll always rent with them!

They send you a number to text if you have any issues but they don't monitor it. It takes 3 to 4 days for them to respond and that's only if you keep calling and texting otherwise they literally just ignore you. I've used rental cars for years and years and I've never had an experience like this. I've always used hertz. This is my first experience with enterprise. And let me tell you, I will never use them again and I warn everyone to stay away. Even their call center agents are just sales people Trying to lie to you to get you in the door and they don't tell you all the facts and fees on the phone so then when you get on site, they start charging you more.
