  Super quick service. Made me aware of what they were doing and letting me know what needed to be done. With no sales pressure. Even encouraged me to use a coupon found online. Miguel and Ohassy are the technicians who did my services. Very good experience, will be back for future services when needed.

  It was somewhere between a WOW and a zen experience today when I went to the La Tijera-Centinela Valvoline to get a much needed oil change. First of all, I have never ever gone to get an oil change and been greeted by a woman. Then I had a question for the manager and Patience the shop manager came over and addressed my question and was so professional, calm, smiled as did everyone else in the shop. There wasn’t a lot of the usual loudness…just pleasant attitude with customers, and focus on giving GREAT service. There were 3 other ladies servicing clients oil and well as 2 or 3 men. Everyone was professional and courteous and efficient! Everyone knew their job. Patience’s leadership style and demeanor trickled down to her employees whom I’m sure feel as appreciated as I felt today when I came in as a customer. She spoke to her team with respect and consideration and the team did a great job. I was relaxed when I left and I was thanked for my business. So BRAVO to this team and I’m going to tell my friends! ❤️🤩 Thank you!

  I’ve been coming to this particular shop since 2020, and not one time was I disappointed. Jaime, is the manager and let me tell you that he leads by example. He is an amazing man, manager and exemplifies how all leaders should be. The entire staff is absolutely amazing! This ship is lucky to have Jaime, and his team. Oh and the shop is ALWAYS clean and very professional. Thank you Jaime, the team and this one shop is amazing and the price is right!!!!!

  came to valvoline for an oil change and it was honestly such a good experience. everything was super quick and easy, no stress at all. miguel helped me out and he was really nice and chill, he explained everything in a way that made sense and didnt try to overcomplicate anything. u can tell he actually cares and isnt just rushing people through. definitely coming back here again :)

  Not so good one day from leaving and getting my oil changed I have no oil it’s all on the bottom of my car and the engine light is on because I have no oil in my car! I have white smoke coming out my car because I’m driving around with no oil ! It was 325 $ with a radiator flush which still have sludge in it after a day passed the flush ! So no I’m not happy about my experience at this valvoline.
