  Just had my oil change done at Valvoline Instant Oil Change and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The service was fast, professional, and efficient—no long wait times and no hassle. The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to push unnecessary services. They got me in and out quickly while still making sure everything was done properly, including fluid checks and a quick inspection. I appreciated how smooth and straightforward the whole process was, especially being able to stay in my car the entire time. Overall, great service, great speed, and solid attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance.

  My car was serviced by Luis, Abraham, and Angel. My car needed an oil change, and they let me know what else I needed to be services. I really appreciated the full check and they were honest and not pushy at all. As a woman, I’m always worried about people taking advantage of the fact that I don’t know very much about cars, but I did not feel this way at all here, will definitely be coming back. Service was also super quick! I was in and out.

  I’ve been coming to this Valvoline since moving to LA 3 years ago and the service is always amazing but now customers service is a 10 as well. I was so happy to be treated by Bryan who was so amazing walking me through the recommendations and getting my service done in great time. I recommend checking this location out!!   I've had wonderful service by Brian and Miguel today. Walk me through with my car needed for today since I was overdue by 3 years. But they were very kind and courteous and helped me understand what service my car needed today and what I could switch off for another day. However I wanted to do everything today that meat was necessary for my car. And they still provided me with the most utmost professional service. Warm kind approachable easy to speak to. I get these two men 20,000 stars each! I love coming to this Valvoline because of personal service that they provide here. And that they are always on top of their profession.

  This was my first time visiting Valvoline, and I can confidently say I’ll be a repeat customer. I’m someone who tends to feel a bit nervous when it comes to car maintenance and potential issues, but this experience completely put me at ease. My service was led by Kevin, who was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and personable from start to finish. I was in and out in about 15 minutes which was impressive on its own. What really stood out, though, was how clearly Kevin explained the results of the inspection. He took the time to walk me through everything without ever making me feel pressured to spend money on anything I wasn’t comfortable with. I left feeling genuinely taken care of—and more importantly, safer in the car I drive. The entire team creates such a welcoming, community-oriented atmosphere. Awesome people, excellent service, and an overall experience that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
