    Amazing. The guys here are amazing and take the time to explain everything to you in detail. The manager extremely professional and helpful! Had never been to a Valvoline to get my oil changed, but will definitely be coming back and not going anywhere else but here. Thank you Christian , Brian, Miguel, and Pascual!!

    Multiple experiences, all of them exceptional. Christian is very knowledgeable and honest. I always visit here for my routinely maintenance because I know I can rely on the team for honest, accurate advice. They’re very efficient and affordable while still being thorough and effective. Highly recommend!

    Miguel at Valvoline Instant Oil Change provided an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment I pulled in, he set the tone with his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuinely positive attitude. He walked me through what they were doing, made sure everything was checked off properly, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell right away that he takes pride in his work and actually cares about doing things the right way, not just getting cars in and out as fast as possible. What really stood out to me was his attention to detail. During the service, he noticed that my tire pressure was over the recommended limit—something that easily could have been overlooked at a typical quick service shop. Instead of ignoring it, he took the initiative to fix it right away and made sure everything was set correctly. That level of thoroughness gave me a lot of confidence that my car was in good hands. It’s small things like that that make a big difference over time. I’ve been coming to this location for many years, and while the service has always been decent, Miguel truly stands out as their ace employee. I’ve interacted with plenty of staff over the years, and most of them are fine, but Miguel operates on a completely different level. He brings consistency, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset that you don’t come across often anymore. It’s rare to find someone who treats every customer like they actually matter, and he does exactly that. To be honest, I’ve been to a lot of other oil change spots, and most of them are just “eh, whatever.” You go in, get your service done, and leave without much thought. But Miguel changes that entire experience. He makes you feel taken care of, not just serviced. There’s a noticeable difference when someone is just doing their job versus when someone is genuinely invested in doing it well—and Miguel clearly falls into the second category. He was also extremely friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. He answered questions clearly, communicated what was being done, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. That honesty and transparency go a long way, especially in an industry where people can sometimes feel pressured or unsure. Because of him, this location feels like a hidden gem. It’s not just another quick oil change spot—it’s a place where you actually feel confident bringing your car. I’m genuinely happy to have found this place, and more importantly, to have experienced service from someone like Miguel.     Christian and the team at Valvoline were amazing! After losing my car's key fob, hiring a locksmith to replace it and him draining my battery, the last thing I wanted to do was take it to the dealership to replace it. Christian was super helpful, and replaced my battery and did an oil change within 30 mins. He even found an underlying issue with my car and recommended a great place to take care of it. Him and the team were my saviors after a week of car trouble!

    Very poor experience. I’ve never been to this valvoline before but after this experience I’d consider other places to get my oil changed. There were only 2 cars in front of me and the entire service took an hour. The guy who was supposed to charge me didn’t know how to add a coupon that I showed him. Then he walked away and didn’t come back to charge me. The manager finally said my car was good to go and they were actually going to let me leave without paying. I obviously stopped them to tell them I didn’t pay then waited even longer for them to charge me. The manager said he added a few extra dollars off the total but I was expecting at least 20% off for this unprofessional, poor experience.
