  5 stars- and I mean every single one of them. I’ve been here before but I will forever be coming to the Valvoline on Sunset! From the moment I pulled in, everything was smooth, quick, and genuinely enjoyable- never had to step out of my car! They already had all my info on file and knew exactly what I needed, overdue for, and up to date on. zero friction, zero wasted time. Gloria was an absolute gem! Attentive, communicative, and just genuinely great to interact with. The whole team was on it- even the manager- they caught things I never would have noticed myself, like my license plate light being out. That kind of thoroughness is rare. What I appreciated most? I never once felt upsold or pressured. They took care of what needed to be done and kept it moving. The vibe here is just different- efficient without feeling rushed, friendly without being over the top! If you're in the area and need an oil change (or anything else), stop overthinking it. This is your spot!

  Just got my oil change done and the service was quick, smooth, and professional. They got me in and out faster than expected, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary extras. My car is running noticeably smoother now, and I feel confident everything was taken care of properly. Definitely a solid experience—I’ll be coming back for my next service.

  I cannot believe that it was females working at this location that made me all the more proud to get my oil changed at this location. They have superb customer service. The gentleman walked out to my car. I didn’t even have to get out of the vehicle for anything I’ma say if you’re looking for a great oil change in team head on down to this location and get your services done because they are great

  Gloria, Alejandro, Mark and Alex all worked on my car. They checked fluids, filters and other things. I only expected an oil change so this experience exceeded my expectations.it was very quick and each staff member was very polite and took time to explain everything. As a woman, I didn't feel taken advantage of which often happens with car maintenance. Gloria was especially kind and took the time to show me certain things in the car. Now, you will have to watch for upsells - in my case, I expected it and it was worth it this time, but you'll want gauge for yourself. I also got a great deal on Groupon which really helped to offset the overall price. I was able to purchase the groupon after driving in, so always check !
