- YRYolanda Rosser1 day ago4.0The gentleman I think he was a Manager was extremely pleasant and helpful. Although there was a female heavy set person who was not nice, she answered questions very short and sarcastically. Not only to myself but 2 other ladies. But overall I was satisfied.

My car had not been driven in nearly six months, yet I was told my rear brakes were gone. There was no indication of any brake issues-- no scrubbing, no notification from Bluelink that there was an issue which I would have received. Seems like this only happens to women customers too. Stop trying to hoodwink us. We're not stupid!
- KFKeri FranklinApr 8, 20265.0I went here with a tight deadline. I wanted an oil change and tune up in less than 2 hours. I asked the 1st mechanic and he said it would take at least 2 hours. I did have a car or 2 in front of me. The 1st mechanic asked a more experienced mechanic who said it wouldn’t take that long. But the 1st guy was right. I will say they did a good job. There were doughnuts in the waiting room and a tv. I was quoted before they worked on my car and the price was the same after. This place did what they were supposed to do so I have no complaints. One of the mechanics told me I didn’t need to change my engine filter yet and told me to double check if my transmission fluid was changed before so I wouldn’t pay unnecessarily for it. I appreciate that. Maybe I wish they were faster, but I don’t want to ding them for me running behind on my schedule. I appreciate they are nearby, I got to walk-in with no appointment, they were friendly enough, and I didn’t feel like they were trying to overcharge me.
- TSTed SoquiApr 3, 20262.0Literally only good for bare bones oil change. Wouldn’t suggest getting any other work completed there. Window cleaning and vacuuming services aren’t performed anymore. Window washing fluids weren’t replenished along with a paid coolant top off. Had to go back and get that re/done. Not sure they checked out the vehicle. Just oil change there. Won’t go back, there’s a lot of other places with better service.
