  I went to get my spark plugs changed. They quoted me one hour, but I ended up waiting two. He quoted me $350 and rang it up for $450. This could’ve been fine but I finally went to check out with a 15% off coupon that was on their website (for the exact location) and it didn’t scan. The guy cashing me out told me he couldn’t do anything for me and refused to give me any discount even though the coupon was live on their website and still perfectly valid. What’s the point of having coupons on your site if your employees can’t even redeem them for you customers. So now I’ve wasted $100 more than I was quoted and wasn’t even able to get the discount on their own freaking web page. Ridiculous. I wanted to fight longer but I was already ridiculously late after the additional hour or time it took. They didn’t even pump my tires or do anything extra sooooo They didn’t manage to reset my oil monitor despite not filling up my oil too… brilliant. So I’ll just have to guess when it’s time for my next oil change.

  Absolutely ridiculous experience. They claim it is a 15 minute oil change. But I was there an HOUR because they let people leave their cars there, blocking the line, while they "went out". Which meant that the line backed up and no other car could be serviced. But they didnt warn me when I asked what was going on and why I was waiting so long. They said they were allowed to move the car but "no one on staff wanted to". There was no apology from staff, just a shrug. I will not go again and will be warning others to not go unless you want to be waiting for others to come back from an extended lunch BEFORE your car can even be serviced.

  came in for oil change only and was not pressured for addtional tag on services...great place to get oil changed with PINK's next door... it took a long time and we did not get notified when car was ready... they said they could not text... you should change that to best service your customer's especially when i'll be many go next door for a long wait stand in line hot dog / appreciated the senior discount brought up by the service man

  They told me my break pads had 10-15% left and I had only a few weeks to replace them. I go somewhere else (to my usual trusted mechanic) and he said I have over 30-60% left of my break pads and I don’t need to worry about it for a long long time. I would’ve spent $600 I didn’t need to. Scam.

  My go-to spot for oil changes and general car check-ups! The staff is always friendly, and they're honest about necessary fixes vs. ones that can wait. They can get really backed up on the weekends, so I usually go around midday during the week. If you need more advanced work done on your car, I'd suggest a specialized body shop. But for the basics, JL is solid and this location is great.
