  Excellent customer service at this Enterprise location. Trent and his team were very attentive, accurate, and truly customer‑focused. They listened to my needs, communicated clearly, and quickly found a vehicle that was the right fit. Professional, efficient, and a great experience overall.

  We went on a busy weekend, took us a long time to finish the process but once it got going it was fast. The gentleman and lady were super nice, great customer service. We really didn't get a choice of vehicle but at the end I'm glad we got the suv. It was a nice vehicle, super clean. I only gave them a 4 star because of the long wait.

  My good Enterprise experience started at the superior Auto Body where the rep. There arranged for Enterprise to come before I even reached their facility. As soon as I was done w/Superior Auto Body, the Enterprise van was waiting right outside the door to take us to Enterprise. The driver was very friendly and cared about our situation which made it even more stress free. Once we arrived, we were instantly greeted even though the rep, Trent, was assisting someone else. Acknowledgement is very important to me and it increased my patience knowing that I am seen and will be helped soon. It also makes me feel valued as some places ignore you. Trent was very friendly, caring, helpful, and the epitome of good customer service. I truly wish there were more people who deal with the public that carry themselves like Trent. The rental process was smooth, easy, and stress free. Tenaya assisted us into our rental and she was another rep. that was professional and excellent at customer service. Another smooth, easy, stress free process. I also appreciate that even though I was there when Enterprise was about to close, Tenaya remained calm, pleasant, and professional. There was no frantic rushing us out. Returning the car was a breeze as well. Starting w/ the friendly and helpful Security Guard at the gate guiding me to the right lane to park the car. Trent again assisted me with checking in the car and explained everything very well. I saw Tenaya again and another Enterprise employee who saw me and made sure I was being taken care of. I was. Everyone gave A-1 service and that is very memorable. I was given a shuttle back to auto body to pick up my personal car. I had the same friendly driver. I was dropped off right in front of Superior Auto Body very pleased and satisfied with my experience with Enterprise. Superior auto body was outstanding as well, by the way, which made my overall experience a blessing.

  I rented a Hyundai Elantra for 2 days from here on Easter weekend and their service is great. I highly recommend Georgie and Tenaya, they got me in and out in a rental in under 30 minutes. I would definitely rent from here again.
