Dealing with an insurance replacement rental while your car is in the shop can be a stressful and frustrating experience—but my recent visit to Enterprise in Los Feliz helped a lot.
From the moment I walked in, the service was smooth, professional, and genuinely helpful. What really stood out, though, was the manager, Marquis. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently and with care. He understood how challenging the situation can be and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free.
Marquis was not only knowledgeable, but also patient and accommodating—answering questions, working through the details with insurance, and making sure I had exactly what I needed. It’s rare to come across that level of customer service these days.
If you find yourself needing a rental, especially in a situation tied to insurance repairs, I highly recommend this Enterprise location—and definitely ask for Marquis. I would absolutely work with him again.
Just watch the Seinfeld car rental episode to get an idea of this location. Made reservation for midsize car, showed up on time, no car. Offered me a full size pickup, really?
I just found out that enterprise doesn’t charge an administrative fee for toll roads!

I had a reservation for 9:30 through my insurance. Enterprise was suppose to pick me up from the auto body shop. They did not in fact pick me up and the auto body shop employee had to give me a ride to the enterprise location. Upon arrival Marquise was polite and apologetic. When I addressed the situation with the “manager” Mike he was very dismissive and lacked accountability. For him to be a manager is a joke he needs to practice better customer service skills it’s a terrible look. Kept telling me the auto body shop didn’t call him until 10am. Even if they didn’t call til 10am I still called you guys prior to 10am stating I had a reservation and was waiting to be picked up from the shop. Somebody on the phone told me 20 minutes. The 20 minutes never happened. Why schedule a reservation in advance and ask if I needed a ride if you weren’t going to be there to pick me up. This wasted 2 hours of my day and caused me to have to spend unnecessary money on Ubers for my child to get from school due to the vehicle not being available on time. I’ve also seen a similar review about Mike being dismissive. Enterprise somebody needs to address this with him.

If you need to rent a car in Los Angeles, why go to LAX when you can just go to Enterprise Rental on Hillhurst in Los Feliz? Friendly, fast service. Great rates and great new cars! Very accommodating and friendly staff. Enjoyed working with Stacey G, but they are all efficient and do not waste your time. Book ahead online or by phone. There was a walk in customer there while we were waiting and they could not guarantee a car. Recently rented a car there…a new Nissan Versa Sedan. Great ride! Super clean too. Told there was no smoking in that vehicle. Great for us since we do not smoke. And great price.
