  They had run out of the vehicle class we tried to book and provided us with a car we were unhappy with. It drove poorly, very jerky brakes and accelerator, and had tire inflation issues so we ended up having to refill the tires constantly. They gave us a “discount” of $30 or so for the inconvenience. We tried to swap the car at the location the day after our booking but they were unable to assist due to vehicle shortages and staffing hours. After the tire issues we called Enterprise’s main line, and the call center sent us to another location 90 minutes out of our way who refused to swap the car so we drove another 90 minutes on our vacation, wasting 3 hours in this terrible vehicle. The employees at the location were very friendly, but I would not ever rent from here if you want a guarantee for the vehicle type you select.

  The agent misrepresented the service for what I went in for, taking a driver test at the DMV down the street. When it didn’t work (on the agent's mistaken information), I returned the car within 20 minutes. At first, he said he would not offer a refund, but when I pressed and reminded him of what he had told me when I rented the car, (he knew what he told me) he said he put in motion a reversal of the charges, and that I should expect a call from the corporate office. Unfortunately, that did not materialize. I never got the phone call (so, he lied to me). Additionally, the $100 charge remained on my account. In sum; misrepresentation of the service, not following up, and a direct lie. If zero stars were possible, that's what I would have put.

  Cecoy refused to honor the reservation price and charged extra when the car was returned. Subpar customer service as well.

  OUTSTANDING Customer service/friendly. Payton and branch manger Cesar Aranda were very helpful. I really recommend this Enterprise if you want to rent a car and get the best customer service & friendliness you will get from those 2 guys. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

  Five months ago, I needed a rental because my car was in the shop to replace the transmission, radiator, and valve, which were under warranty. Phew! Fortunately, Enterprise Rent-A-Car at this same location was there to help me. This time, USAA and Caliber Collision sent me to this shop. They are well-acquainted with one another, which is nice. Robert and Laurence were still at Enterprise. And much to my surprise, they remembered me. Because of the coordination and because they are productive, they already had a car waiting for me. And, like Caliber, Enterprise is really great at keeping customers informed while staying connected to other offices involved. As a PhD student studying Global Leadership and Change, I am constantly evaluating the processes, outcomes, and behavior at businesses. Enterprise always hits the mark. Thank you. - Z
