  Windshield wipers were in extremely poor condition. It started to rain in the middle of my drive and I couldn’t see. My situation became dangerous as I was not near my home or an open Enterprise store. I drove cautiously to pick up my grandson and get us back home safely. Make sure you check the windshield wipers before you accept the rental car because you never know when it might rain. And the way I was compensated was also not acceptable. I must say though the receptionists were very nice.

  If there was a six ⭐ I'll be giving it to you guys, I am truly satisfied with the whole process renting this vehicle, the staff was friendly and helpful, they always answered my questions with respect and I was able to plan accordingly, I keep the car for one month, do to my car being at the shop, but I really didn't want to return it. I was in love with the car it was a 2026 hybrid sedan which saved me tons in gas. The return was easy and no hassle, I will definitely comeback and recommend it with all my friends and family.   Easy pick up and return from repair shop. Extremely courteous and helpful staff. And the car was clean, easy to drive and perfect.

  I had a great experience with the Enterprise team. In particular, Colin and Caitlyn were extremely helpful throughout my rental. During the rental period, a rock struck the windshield while I was driving, resulting in a small crack. Caitlyn reassured me that because the crack was relatively small and not on the driver’s side, the issue could likely be resolved without having to file a claim. Colin then provided me with the contact information for their repair vendor, who was able to come directly to my place of work to accommodate my schedule and repair the windshield. The process was smooth and very convenient. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and the professionalism of the Enterprise team.

  Absolute horrible experience. The team tried to shake me down for damage to a vehicle. Fortunately, I had pictures when I rented it So they backed off. But I can’t believe they even tried with this garbage beat up car that they wouldn’t switch out for me. This used to be a great company with ethics and sound business practices but now they’re an absolute outlier who will shake you down make sure you take pictures of any damage on your car.
