  I've never had a better car rental experience. Usually I feel like rental places are trying to upsell me on insurance and sizes I don't need. Not this time. It couldn't have been easier- the car was held for the reservation, Camille had the promised one available for me, and took copies of my insurance docs without issue. And when I stupidly thought a smaller suv would work, and called back an hour later that I couldn't fit all my stuff in the car..... they told us to come back and they'd give us something else. Came back, exchanged cars and still got it all done before a different rental place even called me back about whether the car was available. If you're lucky, an enterprise employee Camille will be there. Really straightforward and knowledgeable. We'll be coming only here for the next car rental.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise. One thing that really stands out is their consistency, every time I come here the service is excellent and the process is seamless, which makes it easy to keep coming back. The cars are always in great shape and easily drivable. Clear directions. A special shoutout to Miles for his efficiency and incredible customer service. I was having a stressful day, and his professionalism and kindness truly turned it around for me. Service like that is rare these days and deserves recognition. Highly recommend this location!

  I am completely impressed by my recent experience at Enterprise at the corner of La Brea & Beverly in LA. Kamau, Norberto, and Justin create such a wonderful vibe in there. They were so kind and helpful. The human element is missing from so many businesses these days, and it really stuck out for me how they treated everyone in a friendly and cool manner, as if it were their own shop. They are just really warm people who leave you smiling for the rest of the day. They went out of their way to help me and accommodate my needs even though I did not have a reservation and just walked in. At one point, the line was out the door, and they handled it with efficiency, ease, and leaving each customer feeling seen and supported. I am really impressed and will definitely come back instead of using Turo like I usually do!
