At the stop light, people would look at me crazy because my transmission would launch like a drag race. It slipped and took off at around 3k or 4k rpm from a stop. This was after I had my transmission replaced by Diamond Chevorlet in San Bernardino. Then 40k miles after, another body shop replaced my torque converter. Needless to say, it all went to suit. Donald from Western Transmission is honest with good prices. He is pleasant to speak with. He is around 80 now, but started when he was 12. Over 70 years of experience. My transmission was finished in 7 days. 7 dayssssss!!!! Yes. You heard it right. It now drives like butter on toast. So smooth I second guess myself that shift actually happened. Now, all transmission is going to Donald. Donald is the transmission KING.
