  They are real pros ,they know what mean to be a customer..I am a customer over 25 years ..Mr Mimran was a gentleman ..he could be proud about his grand son who keep going all the traditions ❤️🇫🇷🇺🇸

  I came in yesterday for a tire patch and overall I really like this place. The staff was friendly, they got me in quickly, and the repair was done fast. I’ve had good experiences here before, which is why I came back. That said, I was a little surprised by the $60 charge for a simple patch. I understand businesses have overhead and I’m happy to pay for good service, but that price felt a bit steep for what seemed like a straightforward repair. I’ll probably still return because the service itself was solid, but I do hope the pricing can be a bit more transparent or competitive in the future.

  The best tire place in all of LA! This is not an exaggeration. We've been coming to them for years because they are so honest & hardworking. They put a lot of care into diagnosing any problems but they won't charge you an arm and a leg for it. In fact, today they saved us a big chunk of change! Plus, they are super friendly. Bonus points for their quiet waiting room with free coffee. This place feels like a throwback to an era when customer service was an important thing.

  I was taking my dog to the vet in a horrible rain storm and caught a nail on the 405. Pulled off the freeway with a flat and called AAA. They sent the tow truck to take me 20+ miles to a shop, but the tow truck driver recommended West Coast Tire which was much closer. He got on the phone with Carlos and we headed straight there. Once I got there, Carlos and his team were the absolute nicest guys. Reassured me they’d get my car on the rack immediately and take care of the problem, showed me to the very nice waiting room and offered me a hot cup of coffee (my dog and I were soaked from the rain and freezing). They made a bad situation feel much more bearable. Within 30-40 mins they let me know my tire was repairable and patched up and ready to go. With a couple of people ahead of me, I thought this in and out time was impressive! Price was reasonable to me and I was able to get out and get home safely. I would highly recommend this shop and will never forget the professionalism and hospitality they showed me. Thank you Carlos and team! I really appreciate your help!

  I can’t say enough good things about West Coast Tire & Service. I initially called them about my Bronco Sport, which had some pretty extensive damage, and I had already been quoted very high elsewhere. When I called, I spoke with Fernando, who immediately told me to bring the car in so they could take a look. Even my AAA tow driver mentioned he knew Fernando and the whole crew there...which honestly said a lot before I even arrived. They were incredibly responsive, honest, and helpful, and they ultimately saved me a significant amount of money. I never felt pressured or upsold, just genuinely taken care of. Later on, I needed a rim replaced. Life and work got hectic on my end, but when I finally brought it in, they replaced the rim within an hour. I wasn’t even able to pick it up the same day because I got tied up with work! :( (Will pick up tmw) Fernando and the entire team truly go above and beyond. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help really stand out, and it’s rare to find an auto shop that makes a stressful situation feel manageable. I’m incredibly grateful for all the work they’ve done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
