  Good experience. Good customer service. I told him to check for an oil leak because I lost a quarter of oil since my last oil change. Came back and said I was down another quart and he saw there was a leak but could not tell where it was coming from. 15 minutes later another mechanic informed me that it was actually the drain plug. They replaced it with a new one, no charge. Much appreciated. Previous oil change was at Pacific Subaru. I'll never go there again.

  I really loved how the gent taking care of my oil change was happy to replace my zip ties holding the engine shield in place after the oil change. I appreciated that the service also included air pressure adjustment to all my tires and checking my fluids in general. I needed more coolant and am grateful the team caught that and was able to refill.

  Came here with oil change with Groupon code. Mine was expensive because it was a fully synthetic one. However they were very nice to inflate my tires, check my coolant (which was running dry) and my third break light that was out. I did pay extra for that but I was already there so might as well. It was necessary in my opinion. Staff is a cheerful bunch which made me smile and super transparent in everything and broke down the cost for me

  My visit at this Valvoline store was very pleasant, despite the horrible rainy weather the team at this store was amazing very tentative polite and informative regarding the recommendations for my vehicle. It was so easy to just pull in and sit in my vehicle while they got to work. Both managers on site inspected my vehicle before leaving and explained to me the invoice and repairs done to my car, for once I didn't feel like I was getting upcharged or feel forced to add unnecessary repairs that my vehicle did not need, they were very honest about the services rendered. I would definitely recommend this store and will definitely come back.

  The team members did a fine job but the price was outrageous. $120 is the most I've ever paid for an oil change by almost double and the price was not shown until the end. I will never get my oil changed at a Valvoline again. I also don't like that I had to provide so much personal information... my email, phone number and address. None of that was necessary at all for the service of my vehicle. Creepy.
