I mentioned a mildew smell coming from my A/C and he took the time to check both my cabin air filter and engine air filter on the spot. He explained what he found, put everything back neatly and let me know the next steps while also ordering the replacement filters for me. Overall, the service was transparent, helpful, and fast… a great service without stepping out of my car. Beats the dealership.
