  I noticed on the receipt after I left that in the notes section, it stated that I had no visible sign of oil on the dipstick when they checked it before the oil change. I don’t believe them and I would think that they would mention this to me if that’s the case. Plus, I checked my oil right before the oil change to see where the level was and what it looked like. I don’t like liars and I don’t trust the technicians at this store. I also told him that I just changed the engine air filter and please do not check it, and they checked it. I’ve had it before at this location where they checked the air filter and don’t put it back in properly and I feel like I always have to recheck everything they touch. I’m just not satisfied with the quality of their work and the fact that they are not truthful.

  Tonight I had a night and day experience compared to every other time I’ve ever came here and that’s been for years. I’m not sure if these employees are new, but I’d like to give them a shoutout. Emily, William, and Alexis helped me out. I’m not sure which lady actually CHECKED MY CABIN FILTER, but thank you! I’ve never had it checked before coming here. Supposedly it’s supposed to be done every time you come in. Today, it was checked and it needed to be changed ASAP. Also, previous visits I’ve asked to replace my broken light and the staff would say they aren’t able to access the light and couldn’t do it. Today, suddenly they were able to fix it. Thank you so much for the great service, Alexis, Emily, and William!

  I come to this location very often , but today was different, not only were they not knowledgeable of Groupon policy, but they Forgot to put my cap protector back on after I was pulling out of the driveway. They literally had to open my Car hood to put the cap back on my car. That is negligence , And I wonder what have been slacked upon or not done after I paid Upwards of $191 for an oil change. I suggest they get knowledge about all aspects of Valvoline services.

  Like a couple of other people have said, the upselling is incessant. It really abuses the trust of the customer. When I’m told I should change all my filters, top off the coolant, service my radiator, change my steering fluid, and replace my battery - it’s hard to believe I actually need all those things or even any of them. I bought my battery 10 months ago so I’ll go to the store I got it from and double check anyways, but I’ll definitely be changing the filters myself since it’ll cost me less than half what they were charging me. I wish I would’ve checked my coolant level beforehand to know if they were telling the truth and I hope the oil change was actually done correctly. I wouldn’t have gone back to this place, but I got a 20% off coupon in my email so I decided to give them another chance. This brought the price down from $130 to $108. It’s best to go to a trusted mechanic for your oil changes even if it takes longer.

  I’ve always had a great experience at Valvoline. Everyone we encounter here is kind, knowledgeable, and ensures a fair price. I believe the gentleman who helped me out was Deondre (forgive me if I mispronounced or misspelled!) but he was a standout. He recommended exactly what was needed to ensure we drove safely and his customer service was top notch. We’ll be back for our next oil change!
