Her along with her peers: James and Luis were all very helpful informing me of the happenings of my car. Also a fourth peer that could read my vehicle’s Spanish interface, she helped me reset the miles. And the assistant manager Ashley checked in on me during the process. Cesar the manager double checked the work and asked if I was satisfied. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they advertise 15 minute oil changes but it seems like the average time is more like 35 minutes per car. Also the parking lot is tiny. Great reliable service. I would definitely recommend for oil changes and basic car service needs

I followed along until they said my car had 140,000 miles. My car has 70k, so I stopped her and asked whose car they were referring to. She then apologized for the mix up and told me that my car still had the issues although she was listing specs from someone else’s car . I asked how that was possible when she just read off a description from another car. She looked lost and then tried to clean up her mistake. Feels like they’re reading from a script car after car to upsell things that aren’t needed. Also made me pay more until I called them out on what was supposed to be included for a “basic oil change”, which was the only reason I came…

Frank was one of my technicians. He was great! Kind and thoughtful and efficient! All the other technicians I interacted with were also great. I just didn’t catch all of their names. The whole team was efficient and really nice. I plan on coming back!
