I noticed how polite each of the staff were, from the receptionist that listened to the issues with my car, to the mechanics that took a look at the issue, and finally to the head mechanic who addressed each of my concerns and helped me understand the diagnosis and solution. Although our interaction was short, they have gained my trust. I will be coming back, but hopefully I won’t have to too soon 😅
