- SSShalini SolomonMar 16, 20251.0Do not park here during the marathon. First two floors are ok. But after that you could be stuck in the parking garage for up to 4 hours. We are still stuck and have been waiting without moving even one car length for the past 1.5 hours. Bathrooms were closed to people who were stuck. Management didn't try to find a solution. Simply kept saying they couldn't do anything about it. Even with one gate closed and only one gate open, they could have tried to find a better solution. The gate issue being closed did not happen today. So there should have been a contingency plan in place. If nothing else., let people know who are coming into the structure that there is a delay to leave to help ease frustrations. Not parking here next time. Or if I do will come super early to snag the first couple spots and ensure timely departure.
