  They tried to sell me a new battery, when the battery I have is less than a year old. The tried to sell me a brake flush, when the brakes had been replaced, and fluid flushed just last year. Not to be trusted with anything but an oil change. Even then, make sure to observe them putting back the skid plate and oil bolt. They may do it incorrectly.

  Waited on line for 35 minutes before someone even asked me what I needed done. It looks like they don’t have enough people working that day . Very frustrating, once I brought it to their attention they quickly tried to get my service done.

  Oil change. Fast, efficient. The representative communicated my options thoroughly. Have been satisfied with JIFFY LUBE for several years.

  My worst experience to date. When I arrive the mechanic tells be I’ll next, I said great how long will it take he said roughly 30 minutes. I told the mechanic that I’ll be back I’m grabbing lunch only to comeback and my car was never serviced. After my car got serviced that night I drive my car on the freeway now all of a sudden my car cannot go pass 60mph and my car is rattling. Not good at all I work 2 full time jobs and my time is valuable to me. Also too I felt my life was in danger cause my car has never done this before. It wasn’t until I went to another jiffy lube where they explained everything to me and showed me where this location didn’t put everything back together under my hood. Very disappointed in the service. I normally don’t write reviews but I’am and for my troubles I should be refunded the amount that I spent that day for the poor service. The amount came out to be $286.88, Hope to hear from someone soon. Disappointed customer

  Three strikes and you’re out. I’ve only gone to this place for LYFT vehicle inspections; I need one every year and each year has gotten worse and worse and today was the nail in the coffin. I’m in at around 8a… the pale guy with glasses(who’s helped me before with my inspections) and speaks like he’s reciting a ‘customer service’ script asked me if I’d like to wait in my car or in the lobby. The last 2 times I’ve stayed in my car and the inspection was in the parking lot but this time, when I chose to stay in my car, he asked “can I escort you to the lobby?” I told him that if it wasn’t a choice and he’d prefer I wait in the lobby then he shouldn’t have bothered to ask because it was clearly *not* optional. They do my inspection and I failed because my windshield wipers, which are fully functional “left streaks ON THE PASSENGER SIDE” (which it only does with windshield wiper fluid because of the way my car’s wipers dispense fluid directly from the blade) and I didn’t have a rear wiper blade(which I never use because it leaves the most disgusting streaks on the rear of my vehicle) and is not in the inspection list. I didn’t argue because there’s no need to argue with a business when there are HUNDREDS of others to choose from. I later went home and found a place online for half the price and passed. Just google it; don’t give these idiots your business and save some $$. The inspection, BTW, only asks that the WINDSHIELD wipers are FUNCTIONAL, and mentions literally nothing about streaks or the rear window. I’m happy I didn’t give them my money and I hope you’ll find some other place to give your business to, also because there are too many options these days for any one place to have such annoying staff. :-)
