A nasty, rude, sick man was not at all helpful in remediating the problems created by a Jiffy Lube mechanic who did something to my car that I did not authorize that damaged my car's operating systems. All I wanted was an oil change. Terrible place.

I seen the scam coming, he said he couldn't pass my inspection without replacing wiper blades. Then after after I said yes whatever I just need to leave in 10 minutes. He came back and said my car only take ultra wipers and no other wipers will fit my car. So I needed the highend bosch. After I paid and drove away when I got home I seen they put the cheapest possible wipers possible on my car and charged me for premium wipers.
