  Fast job. I was in and out. They told me about 35mins but they did it in about 20!! These guys are amazing!

  So much for in and out in a jiffy. When they didn’t have what they needed to help me they had just a really weird, off putting attitude.

  Muy agradecida porque aprendi a usar airmoto el aparato para medir la presion de las llantas, eso era muy importante para mi. Cambiaron el aceite muy pronto Este es el tercer anio que voy a Jiffy Lube por servicios que necesita mi Toyota Yaris. Tengo 86 anios, manejo solo lo necesario que es muy poco. Muchas gracias a la persona que me recibio y ayudo con el Airmoto, no se su nombre, fue Cortez y muy amable. que Dios lo bendiga siempre

  I’m glad they asked me to leave a review, I bought a service for my little sister online that just moved out on her own. I told her to show the service voucher at the entrance to make sure they did they right oil change and she wouldn’t have to pay anything. Well they still took advantage of her l. They charged her $120 for an oil change and had the audacity to tell her the voucher was for $80 dollars off. I’ve been using the same voucher for years. I’m finding another place to send her to because after this experience I can’t trust them anymore

  I personally will not be back to this location. They lack customer service. I came for an oil change, but my tire pressure light was on. At the completion of my service nothing was told to me but the price. At the counter I asked if my tires had been checked and the response was “of course”. No further explanation. I then asked what the issue was. I assumed my tires just needed more air but still wanted to double check because the last time I got serviced at a different location, I still left when my tire light on. I was never told why the light was on, his response was just “if the light is still on, it is a sensor issue”. Typically they also explain other services that will need to be done whether they recommend getting them done that very day or sooner than later. This did not happen. If I was not used to reading through my vehicle recommendations on the receipt I would not know what I need to get further looked at. Lastly my hood was not closed all the way. I was not aware of this until I was driving down the highway and could see it lifting. As long as they took to do the oil change, I figure they could have surely made sure my hood was closed. Never experienced anything like that anywhere else.
