The owner actively asks customers to leave 5-star reviews in exchange for discounts (that’s how he got me as well) and even pushes you to write about specific aspects of the service before they’ve actually happened, like “quick” or “quality” service. All the reviews you see here with images of people’s cars are ones the owner takes and forcibly asks people to post. When I called ahead to ask about doing a tire rotation along with an oil change, Ike said, “Yes, we can do that. I’ll take care of you,” which led me to believe the rotation might be included. I should have clarified the price upfront, but when I arrived, I was quoted $70 for the rotation which was separate from the price of the oil change. When I said I’d have it done elsewhere, he immediately started negotiating the price and again offered a deal if I left a 5-star review, telling me what to include in it. In the end, the service itself seemed okay and I did get a lower price on the tire rotation—but only after some back-and-forth that left me feeling annoyed and misled. Overall, the lack of transparency, negotiating, and repeated pressure around reviews felt scammy and left me with a sour taste in my mouth. Don’t want this to happen to others who see a high review here. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Ike is a great technician and his mechanic Julio did an excellent job. I definitely recommend their garage for any type of repair or collision if you live in the area. The work was completed in time and no surprise price additions.
