  I charged about 50 kWh and was billed $55. The station displays $0.72 per kWh, which does not match the total charged. I unplugged and moved my car immediately after charging finished, so there were no idle or parking fees. Also this fast charger BMS is faulty, it damaged my battery capacity. My battery used to charge up to 220miles after using this charger it has dropped to 205 miles. Be aware. Don’t use Evgo This company should shut down. I will hire a lawyer for this damage. This is not something to ignore

  Both stations work. They are on the 2nd level, but Adrianna was blocked by an a"hole who wasn't even charging!

  Drive to the UPPER levels! Don’t go underground or you’ll get really confused as there are slow chargers along the lower wall that aren’t EvGo. 1 hour limit but sufficient.
