  Had to grab some bulky furniture from the south bay and rented a cargo van. Reservation process was easy. Check in at counter was friendly and fast. Vehicle check before and after rental were quick and efficient and the van ran perfectly and was very clean. Could not ask for more from my experience!

  Reserved a cargo van for a move 5 days in advance. Location contacted me by phone/email *2 days before my reservation* to tell me that they had NO cargo vans available! "I don't know why the system let you reserve a van like that" says the manager, "but I have a pick-up truck available" (completely useless). No vans available for at least 2 weeks, well after my move out deadline! I cancelled the reservation and had to scramble at the last minute to find another moving van using a different company. Who needs this additional stress on an already stressful and exhausting moving weekend?!?!? And what's the point of even *having* a reservation if you don't honor it?!?!? Inexcusable in this technological day and age, I won't be using them again! ☠️
