And I get a call at 6:30 AM telling me (for 9AM pick up) that the van I rented, they gave it away to someone. Most unreliable, and it doens't matter if you reserve a car, they will just ignore it. And to CALL someone at 6:30 in the morning. Terrible business.

Instead, they refused to give me the van—clearly because they handed it off to someone else who was willing to pay more. This is completely unacceptable and dishonest business practice. A confirmed reservation should mean exactly that: the car is guaranteed for the customer who booked it. Instead, Enterprise wasted my time, left me stranded without the vehicle I needed, and treated me like my business didn’t matter. This company clearly prioritizes squeezing more money out of people over honoring commitments or treating customers with respect. If you value reliability, integrity, and basic professionalism, avoid Enterprise at all costs.

- LSlauren shapiroAug 5, 20255.0Rented a cargo van at the Frogtown location- Ronald was EXTREMELY helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience- He installed a phone holder since there wasn’t a screen navigation in the van and also an adapter so that I could listen to my phone ( music/ podcasts) while driving. He was very friendly and accommodating and id certainly rent from here again.
