- JIJam ItDec 16, 20251.0They refused to rent me a car because it was “too expensive to be driven with buying their insurance”. Keep in mind I didn’t ask for the car they offered. They refused to transport us to a different location as well and insisted on trying to get me to drive a box car when my reservation was for a full sized vehicle. Message for this location: Do better. The right thing to do was transport my family to another location like requested because you were unable to assist. You never know how someone’s day is going. If it’s not policy, don’t make it up on the spot because you want to judge a person for something that’s out of their control.

The pricing felt fair — not too expensive and not suspiciously cheap like some rental companies that later try to charge for damages that weren’t there.
