Never leave the lot without rental agreement. Rental was for a week, upon my return I was still waiting for email... I will not rent from this location again. The service was unacceptable and demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism. The staff member was rude and failed to provide my rental agreement electronically upon request and was hesitant and lazy to provide in paper form. He wasted about 20 minutes and was rushing me... Additionally, the employee did not properly document existing vehicle damage despite being asked to do so. This behavior is concerning and reflects poorly on the location’s operational standards.
