- BSBritt StormsDec 26, 20255.0Enterprise made the whole rental process incredibly easy when my car was in the shop. Pickup and drop-off were very fast, and the staff was friendly and professional. I think it was Miguel or Hector who helped when I had to come back due to an issue with one of the cars. I was helped right away, got switched into another vehicle quickly, and made sure I wasn’t overcharged. Great service all around.

- LFLeticia FarthingDec 17, 20251.0Had the worst experience ever today. I went in today to get a rental car and talk about zero customer service! I was sent away stating they needed to see a dmv printout of my drivers license after I told the man I am waiting for my actual in the mail. So I went to the DMV got the temporary paper they requested and when I called back to make my reservation a woman told me over the phone that my drivers license and temporary license address had to match and I said well I moved so it’s not going to be the same on the new one. I said I have a bill to prove I’m at the new address and I was still denied a rental. I proceeded to call the other location at 4805 s Figueroa st and the lady I spoke to over the phone who took my reservation was so polite and respectful. When I arrived at the branch they treated me kind with care! Maybe they need to see how to treat people and learn from the other location down the street! I will never return back to this enterprise. Sad they lost my business because I am a long time customer. I refuse to allow people to receive the treatment I got today from this place! Take your business to 4805 S Figueroa!!!! They know how to treat customers!!!!

Nous sommes rendu à l’agence à 17h30 et nous avons été très bien accueilli et avons eu une voiture très rapidement ( propre et à très agréable à conduire ).
