  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They never checked the return car before they rented it to the next customer (me)! After I drove away for about 10 minutes and made my first stop, the car basically would not get into gear when I tried to restart it. The red light that says “check” came on. So I wasted a whole afternoon, just taking care of this nonsense! That was Four days ago. As of now, you have not returned my payment since I’ve decided I don’t trust renting again from Enterprise. Talked to three different departments and nobody seemed to know what department was talking to me about! MOST DISAPPOINTING waste of my travel time !!

  The team and the quality of the car and the service were great. The rates are good also except the insurance charges are high and needs to be addressed.

  Charge Extra • Not Trustable • Misleading Manager — Go Rent Somewhere Else We rented a car and Venessa promised we wouldn’t pay anything extra, and we asked her several times to be sure. Because we were in a hurry, we trusted her and signed. Later, we were charged almost $200 in extra fees. Trust is very important in business, but they clearly don’t care. Very disappointing and dishonest experience — rent somewhere else. Dear Natalie, The website you sent is very confusing, and it feels like you are not trying to resolve the problem—just copying and pasting a link. If you truly want to help, please contact me directly by phone or email and ask why I am dissatisfied and how your Venice location treated us. Many customers have shared similar experiences in reviews. Please address this issue so customers can trust your service again. At this point, my family and I will no longer rent from your nearby location and will choose another company we trust. I hope you will take this seriously and resolve the matter properly.

  I keep coming back to this Enterprise because of the continued excellent customer service. Vanessa is the manager and is very involved and helpful. China is super patient, efficient, and very professional. I love Enterprise and the service is always spot on. I have rented cars from a few different places, and nothing compares. Keep up the good work!! The service is top tier!! Lastly, the pick up and drop off service is also phenomenal. Santos is extremely professional and an excellent driver. He makes you feel very welcomed. If you are looking for a stress free rental experience, this Enterprise is the place!!!

  My experience at this Enterprise location was so bad that I ended up taking my business to a different rental company the same day. The employee I dealt with, Alicia, was shockingly unprofessional, dismissive, rude, and clearly uninterested in assisting customers. Every simple question was treated like an inconvenience. What bothered me most was that there was no attempt from anyone on staff or management to intervene or help, even as it was obvious the situation wasn’t being handled correctly. It says a lot about how this location is run. I rent cars frequently for work and personal travel, but this experience convinced me to avoid this branch entirely; and I’ll be advising my coworkers and family to do the same. With so many rental options out there, there’s no reason to deal with a location that treats customers this poorly.
