  Cruz went above and beyond to help me out. My car had some unexpected surprises that he helped me figure out while also making sure I got the right parts. Kevin and Dimitri were awesome too! Together they made a stressful morning a good one. I am very grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and incredible customer service they offered today! 12 out of 10 would recommend. I will be retuning for all future car needs! Thanks guys!

  I brought my battery, asked them to check it and if it's good, to charge it. 4 hours later I go to pick it up and get tells me it's all ready to go. When I put it in my car, nothing happens. Si I called and ask if they battery was good and if it did in fact charge. He said well it only changed 65%. So I said well why didn't you tell me it wasn't fully charged, did you check the battery to see if it was still good? And he couldn't give me a straight answer, he just said it should have charge in that time frame and that my brand of battery is usually no good. Which tells me he never actually checked the viablility of the battery. Even the sticker he put in my battery has a spot where they are supposed to mark if the battery is good or bad and he left it blank. I have taken many batteries to them over the years and have always gotten a decisive clear answer on if the battery is good because they have a machine that tells you if it is still good. The guy either forgot to check it and was saying BS to cover it up, or had no idea what he was talking about. This is why I go to O' Reily's these days.
