It seems like the guys there, don't like working there. They help with an attitude. They need to be more helpful.

I started my day with car trouble, my dash kept showing the battery was good, but every time I tried to start the car, it wouldn’t turn over properly. Worried it might be the starter or alternator (big expenses I was hoping to avoid), I went to the nearest AutoZone. Joseph R. went above and beyond to help me. Even though the store didn’t have a jump starter available, someone had taken theirs, he used his own personal vehicle to give me a jump. He then provided the tools I needed to replace my battery, explaining that based on how the car started, it was most likely just the battery. After I purchased a new one, he even checked my starter and alternator to confirm they were both in good condition. Thanks to Joseph, I saved a lot of money and time, and I was able to get back to work instead of leaving my car at a mechanic. His customer service was outstanding, he was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. He even treated my service dog with respect, which meant a lot to me. I’m currently fighting blood cancer, and encounters with people like Joseph make a real difference. He deserves recognition, whether it’s a bonus or a supervisory position. AutoZone is lucky to have someone with his skills and compassion. Thank you, Joseph R., for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience.

Took my brakes in to get my refund because they had life warranty when I said I didn't have the debit card I paid with the cashier asked his manager Jason what could be done Jason proceeded to reply that I only had 15-30 min to come back or else I wouldn't be able to get my refund back. I went back and when I got there with my debit card on hand another cashier said he had to void the transaction and then come back another day. I wasnt given that option prior when I said that to the other cashier, he said oh that's what my manager said. If the manager doesn't know his own policy or doesn't want to relay the proper information he maybe shouldn't be working in a place where he's going to be dealing with people. Corporate is next because I rushed back and forth thinking I wasn't Gona be able to get my refund on a lifetime warranty procudt 🙄🙄🙄
