- AEAnthony EdmundJan 18, 20261.0These people at this location are liers. I took my battery that I had gotten from Walmart in August 2025 to be charged at this location. They did not charge the battery. I placed the battery back into my car and the driver's door window had raised down on its on. I stuck the key into the ignition and still no start. I then looked at the battery voltage indicator that's plugged into my cigarette lighter and it says the battery voltage was 11.6 which is very low. So I exited the car and tried to lock my car and could not hear the alarm locking the car or beeping at all. It was waste of time taking my battery to these people who will look you dead in the face and lie by telling you it's charged. I should had known something was wrong when the autozone worker did not test the battery voltage in front of me on the counter to show me the voltage, insteaded he just gave me the battery back and sent me on my way. Poor customer service.
