That mechanic discovered serious issues with my vehicle that required the dealership to cover them (for free). Without Jaime, I wouldn't have known my car was in danger of dying at any moment and leaving me stranded who knows where. He basically got me a new engine through his help. I appreciate him! I also appreciate the wiper installation. Great place with great employees! They were so kind and helpful!

They said their policy is to not help customers when I asked them to check my battery charge(a battery I bought from them and still under warranty). I've been going to Autozones since high school, and I've never been told that they're not allowed to help customers. Hire people who want to work, please.

H) I LIVE IN LAS VEGAS I went to vacation in LOS ANGELE on July 10 through 15 my last day to coming back to LAS VEGAS I have Chevy Express Van my car look like probrom water came down from engine when I park at last place to shopping I stop by the AUTO ZONE I needed coolent I buy coolent with the guy I asked can you check how many I need to put it was Empy I'm gonna long drive he said that NO Please i worry about it said NO It's 2step away from entering store door the store he's SO rude he don't have name tag i asked his name there is other employee I asked him to help the Manager said NO there is no customers in the store that time only me that was so bad experience in the store
