Terrell saw me searching and instead of me asking him for help he asked me do if I needed help. Unfortunately they didn’t have what I was looking for and I had a fit, but Terrell B never lost his composure. He stayed calm. He helped me through. He informed me that it was possible for me to place a hold from another store so I can still get the part today. He Let me know that they don’t close until 12. I am so impressed. I am on my way to work. I might be late making this review, but he is definitely worth it. I appreciate his attitude and we need people like Terrell B in this neighbor .
