I called the first person who was a man put me on hold and second time and then I called, the third time and finally someone assist me. I had too call three times in order to get some assistance. This is an ongoing problem at this store . Located at Adams and La Brea.

He came out and tested my battery saying I have low voltage.. then looked annoyed so I figured he didn’t want to sell me a battery for whatever his issue was. My car didn’t start this morning for the main reason I needed a new battery lol… I’ll take my business elsewhere.
