Asked about a tire chain here, the desk guy gave us a pair that doesn’t fit and told us that we can just return it if we didn’t use it. We went ahead and tried it on and it doesn’t fit, but when we tried to take it back and return, they said it’s used and cannot be returned even tho we just literally tried it once. Absolutely not responsible for what they have claimed and not reasonable at all.

Charles, the manager, is nothing short of exceptional. I called ahead & he told me to come right in. When I arrived, he was helping an elderly couple, clearly going the extra mile and handling them with care. I didn’t mind waiting at all, because that same level of attention was exactly what I hoped for. I came in flustered and stressed, just days away from driving home for Christmas, worried about what felt like a major car issue. In an industry that can sometimes make women feel inexperienced or dismissed, Charles was respectful, reassuring, and trustworthy. There’s a reason people gravitate toward him. When stress is at its peak, whether it’s an unexpected problem like mine and/or something that feels overwhelming or expensive, he puts you at ease and helps you navigate it with care and intention. This experience was about far more than a sale. If you value the feeling of being genuinely looked after—like family taking care of you—this is the location to visit. Charles made all the difference. Even though there are AutoZones closer to my home, I will always make the trip to this location because of him—without hesitation. Just days before Christmas, when everything felt like it was going wrong, Charles delivered what can only be described as a Christmas miracle. If there were a modern-day holiday story about kindness and goodwill, he’d be the reason Scrooge believed again. =)

This place is the worst autozone i have ever been too, 2nd time bad experience. Its the tattooed guy cholo wannabe and the big belly one, they first didnt want to test my alternator said the machine dont work, went to a autozone on vermont and 3rd those guys were attentive and knowledgeable of cars and parts.. anyways..the second time i could of easily walked out and they wouldnt even notice it. Eventually i paid and still i was left at the cashier i had some questions which i never got an answer too guy left me there and went on to help someone else. Worst thing of all i never got my receipt i just walked out..never again this autozone sucks..

When a blond walks in, clueless about anything and armed with questions, it usually goes disastrous 😁 And I've been there 3x in the past two weeks. Ramon and big dude are so helpful, professional and I'm very helpful for their patience and recommendations! Great staff!

I had a bad customer service experience when I tried to return a scanner that was not working. After I explained that I had only plugged it in once, the employee said: “You used it, and now you want to return it, which is not okay.” The employee was unfairly assuming I was deliberately trying to return a used product rather than a defective one. I am now stuck with a useless device. Just ordered one from Amazon …
